SHIPPING

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders $55+ (before taxes & applied discounts).

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Some orders may require up to 1 week to ship due to product availability. If you do not received shipping confirmation within 1 week of placing your order, please contact us info@jipsecandlesandapothecary.com for a status update.

All of our orders are shipped using re-used or recycled boxes and packing materials. Our packing peanuts are reused and biodegradable. 

We currently do not ship outside the US.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles and reed diffusers cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 2 days of delivery.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at info@jipsecandlesandapothecary.com for further details.
